Wholesale Peptide is owned and operated by a veteran team with 14 years experience in the peptide and chemical industries. This is our wholesale arm specifically setup to facilitate larger orders of peptides only. Wholesale peptide will offer some features that you might not find on other sites.
Rest assured that you will receive legendary product quality and service and you should expect nothing less from that when you shop at Wholesale Peptide.

If you prefer to call we can be reached at 888-348-8577. However the phone is only manned during normal business hours.
It is our goal to respond to and or solve all support issues within 24 hours. Often times we are much faster than that. to assist us with responding to your inquiry in the most efficient way please be sure to include all relevant information including your name, contact information and order number if applicable.
We understand that when buying peptides and reference materials you have a lot of options and companies to choose from. So, we have instituted an industry leading return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any aspect of your purchase from Wholesale Peptide you can return the unopened portion, within 30 days for a full refund of the returned items. No questions asked.
Because of the potential for peptides to degrade we are unable to accept returned items past the 30 day mark. For more information please refer to our RETURN POLICY.
Payments
We offer simple payment options for your convenience. You can pay for your order using by Credit Card, Apple Pay, Max Redemption, or Crypto currency (Bitcoin, Ethereum etc..). Unfortunately we are unable to accept payments using paypal, venmo or cashapp.
Yes, you are able to pay for your purchase using Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover right on our checkout page.
Absolutely not! Due to our 14 years in the industry and the relationships that we have built, we are able to offer one of the smoothest and most friction free purchasing processes in the peptide industry.
Should you run into any issues or feel that we can improve upon our checkout process then please CONTACT US. We welcome all feedback from our customers.
Unfortunately not. Cashapp and Venmo are not options that we can offer at this time.
Shipping
All orders are shipped same day as long as the order is placed and paid for before 1pm EST. All orders placed after 1pm EST or over the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
The time from shipping to arrival depends upon the shipping method used. All packages are shipped USPS.
First Class Mail – 3-5 Business Days
Priority Mail – 2-4 Business Days
Express Mail 1-2 Business Days
These are estimations provided to us from USPS. Ultimately the shipping speed depends upon them. We will always honor our shipping policy internally of same day shipping.
All packages are shipped from our fulfillment center located in central Florida.
All packages are shipped by USPS at this time. If you have an extenuating circumstance which prevents you from receiving USPS mail please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate. Shipping changes are handled on a case by case basis.
At this time we only sell and ship our products to customers located in the United States of America and US territories (US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico).
Currently every package is shipped using the US postal Service.

Absolutely. We realize that this is a common occurrence and don’t want to have that stand in the way of your purchase. For larger orders we may reach out to ensure that the order is legitimate if the shipping and billing addresses differ.
Coupon codes may be entered at the very top of the checkout page. Please look for the text that says “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code”.
From there you can enter your code and the discount will be taken off of the pre-tax total.
Unfortunately we do not have the ability to retroactively apply coupon codes once the order has been placed. However, if you had an active code at the time of purchase and forgot to enter it then feel free to reach out and if there is some way that we can compensate you we will do our best to do so.
We cannot guarantee anything but we will handle each on a case by case basis. This does not apply to coupon codes that were activated after you have placed your order.
